Pt San Pedro Median Beautification Effort

Glenwood Homeowners' Association board members unanimously support the Median Beautification measure relating to Pt San Pedro. We as a community are in the process of working together to improve the area in which we live. The Median Beautification effort has reached the initial goal of raising the required funds to create a special assessment district that will dedicate the necessary funds to improve and maintain the median within the 4 1/2 mile stretch of roadway through the Point San Pedro Peninsula community. Once the ballot measure is passed and the special assessment district is formed, the landscaping, irrigation and maintenance of the Point San Pedro Roadway medians will sustain for the next 30 years.
