Thank you for supporting the Glenwood Homeowners' Association. Our association benefits the Glenwood, Peacock Crest and Seaview subdivisions.
All the dues collected in the past have been either put into our savings account for future projects or spent on projects that enhance and benefit our community such as the entrance sign maintenance and lighting, median beautification, community outreach, the new Wildland Urban Interface Ordinance and the annual activities to benefit our neighborhood. Some activities that are enjoyed by all of us are the annual Easter Egg Hunt and the neighborhood Picnic & Music in the Park. Also watch for more information regarding the Victor Jones Park renovation. The future may hold a new park for all to enjoy.
We are requesting that each household contribute $25.00 to our Association. As you can see, the money we collect is always put to good use.
